Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about orders, shipping, returns, refunds, and product support.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping to many countries worldwide.

Shipping availability, delivery times, and costs may vary depending on your location. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.


Where do you ship orders from?

Orders may be shipped from one of our fulfillment partners or supplier warehouses, depending on product availability and your delivery location.

This helps us process orders efficiently and deliver your product as quickly as possible.

Important: only keep this wording if true. Do not say “headquarters in Hong Kong” unless you actually want customers imagining you’re running a wellness empire from a skyscraper while you’re actually wrestling Shopify settings in your room. Reality is rude like that.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at:

Please reach out within 12 hours of placing your order. We process orders quickly, so once your order has been prepared or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.

If your order has already been shipped, you may still be able to return it after delivery according to our return policy.


Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods, including:

  • PayPal
  • Other available payment options shown at checkout

All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods, holidays, or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer. Humanity did invent “limited-time offers” and then acts shocked when logistics get busy.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.

Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days after processing, but some orders may take longer due to customs, carrier delays, or high demand.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped, whenever tracking is available.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipping, please contact us at:

We’ll review your order status and help find a solution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.


Will I be charged customs or taxes?

Depending on your country, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not controlled by IronGuard Recovery™.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, but we’ll do our best to support you with any order information you may need.


How do I return an item?

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.

Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary instructions.


What if my item is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging

Once we review your case, we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return or cancellation has been approved.

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund may take 7–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or payment provider first, as processing times may vary.
