Recovery Delivered to Your Door

At IronGuard Recovery™, we know that once you place an order, you want it delivered safely, clearly, and without unnecessary confusion.

We work with trusted fulfillment partners to process and ship your order as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods, promotional sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 2–3 weeks, depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand.

We appreciate your patience while your order is on its way.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email whenever tracking is available.

Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after the shipping confirmation is sent. Carriers sometimes behave like they’re delivering the package by carrier pigeon, but updates usually appear.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

IronGuard Recovery™ is not responsible for customs delays, but we’ll do our best to help with any order information you may need.
