Refund policy

At SnuggySnug, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not happy, you've got 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don't forget the receipt or proof of purchase!

How to Start a Return

Simply contact us at hello@snuggysnug.com to start the process. If your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Please note, items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item? Inspect your order upon receipt and reach out to us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items can't be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return it for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
